David has been very professional. After we got our report, he listed our property at a strong price, and spent countless hours showing it till I could get top dollar, unlike some of the other agents whose mission is to only sell the property and get a commission out of it and even lower the price for easy sell and easy commission. He gave me great advise at each instance which was in my benefit, not his and that is what impressed me the most even though the advise could cause delays in getting a contract on property which would mean delay in commission. If a listing agent feels the property is overpriced or doesn’t show well, they will scale back and most likely not invest any money into the marketing campaign. They may even slack on answering emails or phone calls regarding your house even though they've agreed to take the listing. This is called the 3P's of Real Estate Poker.
